Here are some nice e mails and letters we have received . Each have used Cohen Services for either catering, event planning, or promotional products. It would be a privilege to post your letter soon.
Clients who live out of town have to put a lot of trust when planning an event in Atlanta. Wade Simmons ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) from Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania puts together groups for sporting events all across the country. He sells the hotel rooms, transportation, event tickets, and the tailgating meal. He hired Cohen Services ( sight unseen ) to do the tailgate food and said everything was great except the loss to the Atlanta Falcons on November 11, 2010. Win or loose, his clients were very happy with the service and will use and recommend Cohen Services in the future.
Personal Chef service is another important part of our business. For a 5th year in a row, Cohen Services was hired to create a dinner for 10. The meal was created in the clients kitchen and we served a seated dinner using the client's dishes and kitchen. Here is a nice e mail from the client on how the beef tenderloin was judged and how he is looking forward to the event next year ( 2011 ).
For the romantic party of two or college friends up to about 30, a personal chef event from Cohen Services can be worry free and compliment heavy. Why get involved with meal prep or clean up..........
There are times when Cohen Services is hired for non-food activities ( what we call event planning ). Babbie Mason conducted a concert and celebration at a local TV station. All she needed were chairs set up and at the end of the event she wrote this e mail: Thanks so much for everything. The event was a huge success. The chairs served us well and there was not an empty seat in the house.
Cheryl Sykes, the chairwoman of the Vintage Affair and the vice chairwoman of the CAC ( Community Action Center ) board of directors sent a nice e mail to Cohen Services. We provided Pecan Smoked Beef Brisket on a carving station. The event was a big success and we hope to be active in the event next year. The Community Action Center has a rich history of helping people - if your group is looking for a way to help look no further! Click here for her nice e mail.
Norfolk Southern had two groups of 150 to feed on a very tight schedule because the company was running a practice run as if all the company's computers went down. An important feature for the event was feeding everyone outside in the parking lot. To help keep the cost down, we had a main tent package price and a rain option ( to be used at the last minute ) for the walk way from the building to the tent. For most of the event we were lucky but when the sky unloaded, the extra tent package was a huge hit! Careful planning and great food make for a successful event. Click here for the whole e mail.
We work with clients who order food from out of town. Jackie had a death in the family and needed to feed 65 on a Sunday and started the ordering on Wednesday. She said the amount of food and the food quality was great and that it was nice doing business with Cohen Services. At first, she wanted to get her own plates, drinks, and ice, but felt great that we were able to take care of the whole lunch. At a time like this, it is a relief to have someone taking care of all the details!
Shepherd Pain Institute in Atlanta wanted to have a program and meal at the Life Enrichment Center ( www.lifeenrichmentservices.org ) ( by the way a good place to hold a meeting ) in Decatur. Christi Behrend, the Executive Director said the program was a big success due in part to the on time service and great tasting food. Here is the whole e mail.
